Decision boards
Decisions without the meeting.
Send the pack to the committee. Each member reviews it and votes on their own. The routine decisions resolve without a meeting, and you meet only on the disagreements.

Common questions.
How does voting work?
Each member reviews the same pack and votes on their own. Members see how many have voted, not which way, until the vote closes.
When is a decision made?
When enough members agree to meet the quorum you set, two of four or three of five for example. The routine decisions resolve without a meeting, and you meet only on the disagreements.
What does the AI do?
It prepares the pack. People vote, and every vote and outcome is on the record.
Who is it for?
Investment committees, credit and risk committees, project and change boards, and directors setting priorities.
