Common questions.
Does Lynctera send email on my behalf?
No. It drafts replies in Outlook in your own voice. You check each one and press Send yourself. Nothing is sent until you approve it.
Does it work with Outlook and Microsoft 365?
Yes. It connects as a Microsoft 365 app that your firm approves and can remove at any time, and the drafts appear in Outlook where you already work.
How does it decide what goes on my list?
It reads each email as it arrives and picks out what people have asked, what you have promised and what you are still waiting on. Rules run first and AI is used only where judgement is needed. Every item links to the email it came from.
Where is my email held?
In your firm's own database, separate from every other customer. Data is held in the UK, and the AI runs on Microsoft Azure, hosted in the EU.
