Common questions.
What documents can it read?
PDFs, Word files and scans: contracts, leases, data rooms and due diligence packs, with clauses, schedules and obligations picked out.
What does it compare a contract against?
Your own standard terms or a baseline you set. It compares clause by clause and lists the gaps and variances, each pointing to the clause it came from.
Can it answer DDQs and RFPs?
Yes. It drafts answers from your past answers and checks them for consistency. Your people review and sign off before anything goes out.
Does a person still review the result?
Always. Risks are flagged with a suggested fix and a confidence score, and your people make the call.
